What Do I Do With All of These Boxes?

1. We recycle! We are happy to collect your used Gentle Giant/Box Xpress boxes free of charge. Simply "break down" (collapse or disassemble) your boxes and then call 877-BOXDROP (269-3767) or e-mail boxes@gentlegiant.com. If you purchased new boxes for your move, they can be returned for a refund of 25 cents per box.

   Please note that we only pick up Gentle Giant boxes. We do not offer trash removal. Box Xpress requires a minimum of 30 boxes for a free pickup. Box retrieval is available within our Eastern Massachusetts delivery zones.
